Claude Mangin’s education background is in engineering, focussing on material sciences. He joined Gaz de France research division in 2001, going on to hold various positions within this group such as managing the capacity contracts with TSOs, storage operators and LNG terminals on the shipper side of the business. Claude took a position with GRTgaz in April 2014, where he was in charge of European Affairs.
Claude joined ENTSOG in November 2017 on secondment from GRTgaz. He has been working in the Market Business Area on the Balancing Network Code and on Gas Market Design before being appointed Director in July 2022.
