Public Workshop on Guidelines for Project Inclusion for TYNDP 2026

Dear stakeholder, 

ENTSOG invites you to a public workshop on 24 September 2025 from 10:00 to 12:00 CET to discuss the TYNDP 2026 Guidelines for Project Inclusion document. The event will be on online, via MS Teams.  

ENTSOG is planning to launch its Ten-Year Network Development Plan (TYNDP 2026) project collection process for hydrogen and natural gas infrastructure projects in September 2025. To support promoters’ preparation ahead of the submission deadline, ENTSOG will publish its Guidelines for Project Inclusion (GPI) document in advance of the webinar. The guidelines provide information to project promoters on procedural steps, as well as administrative and technical considerations for project inclusion in the TYNDP 2026. 

ENTSOG will present the content of the final GPI document and address stakeholder questions.

Webinar topics: 

• Outline of the procedure and timeline for project promoters to apply to TYNDP 2026.
• Description of the type of infrastructure included in the TYNDP 2026 data collection process.
• Administrative / technical criteria requirements for TYNDP 2026 promoters and the projects to be submitted.
• Documents and information requirements for promoters to fulfil these criteria.
• How the information submitted will be used and circulated.
