The European Network of Transmission System Operators for Gas (ENTSOG) has organised its third stakeholder joint working session (SJWS3) on the development of a network code on gas balancing (BAL NC).  The session took place at the Thon Hotel Bristol Stephanie in Brussels from 10:00 to 17:00 on Thursday, February 9th 2012.
