The European Network of Transmission System Operators for Gas (ENTSOG) has organised its second stakeholder joint working session (SJWS2) in the development of a network code on gas balancing (BAL NC).  The session took place in Brussels from 10:00 to 17:00 on Thursday, January 26th.
